Fountain Gate Sports Academy recently graced the launch of the African Youth Sports Park (AYSP) in Masumbwe, Geita. This momentous community event brought together sports enthusiasts, athletes, and youth from the region to celebrate the inauguration of a state-of-the-art sports facility to foster youth talent and community engagement.
Fountain Gate’s Under-15 (U15) and Under-17 (U17) teams were honored to participate in the event’s opening matches. The U15 match against AYSP kicked off in the morning, showcasing incredible energy and skill, but AYSP clinched a narrow victory with a 1-0 win. The U17 match followed, featuring another thrilling performance, where the AYSP U17 team also emerged victorious with a 1-0 scoreline.
